Event Description
- 60- to 90-minute PowerPoint slideshow (depends on audience interaction) highlighting Ecuador, Peru, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Bali, Egypt, Turkey, Spain, and southern Italy
- Optional 30-minute, audience-directed Q&A session covering any and all aspects of travel and addressing the interests of adult attendees and students alike
This topic appeals to adults and students of both genders who want to explore the world or plan a study abroad destination, and are looking for inspiration and information.
My gender makes this workshop particularly attractive to women who can benefit from a strong female role model and resource.
Requirements
- PC computer with enough RAM to handle a large PowerPoint slideshow, with about 60 MB of free hard drive space, PowerPoint installed, and a CD-ROM drive
- Data projector with remote control or other means of presenter-controlled slide changes (access to the computer will do just fine)
- Stadium-style forum (if possible) to facilitate audience participation

styles I encountered around the globe (this is a view of the Blue Mosque
in Istanbul, Turkey)
